Michael Patrick Bell (born July 30, 1938) is an American actor and voice actor. He spoke in video games and animated series, including Transformers, Rugrats, and The Smurfs, and appeared on-screen in film and television, including the TV programs Dallas and Star Trek. He voiced one of the Boomps in Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland.
